From DRC to Luxembourg

This is the story of a man who jumped from one job to another, from one country to another, from DRC to Luxembourg, doing more or less the same thing, but in 2 different environments.
Indeed, the GDP in DRC is $312 per capita while it reaches $81,000 per capita in Luxembourg (around 260 times more).

Visite d'un président

Notre président s'est rendu ce WE en République Démocratique du Congo. Ce fût l'occasion de remettre 'un peu' sous les projecteurs la réalité de ce pays et de la vie de ses habitants. A un niveau beaucoup plus modeste et un peu plus d'un an après mon retour, les quelques images qui me sont parvenues me font ressentir avec le recul que jamais je ne pourrai rendre à ce pays ce qu'il m'aura donné. Merci à toi, peuple congolais.

First article mentionning people in Afghanistan on Google news this morning is from the Washington Post. It's about the internally displaced people. Apparently, between 2006 and 2011, around 26 millions persons in the world have fled their homes but stayed in their own country. Helping these people is increasingly costly and dangerous, Somalia, Afghanistan, Yemen and Iraq, presenting the higher risks.
